YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE
Yoga is a practice that can transform your life. It is a practice of compassion, kindness, self-reflection, and continued awareness and growth. As a certified yoga teacher with over 5 years and 1000+ teaching hours, I guide students to get out of their heads and into their bodies, and connect with community and self. I lead beginners, vinyasa, power and yin style classes, along with workshops, private sessions, events and more on Cape Cod, South Shore, MA and surrounding area.
