PRIVATE Yoga sessions
Private yoga sessions are a great way to receive the benefits of yoga, in a custom-made session to meet your needs and goals. It is an opportunity for beginners to advanced practitioners to develop and deepen their personal yoga practice of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation. Each session will be designed and adapted to your individual needs and goals.

PRIVATE YOGA IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF…
You’re not able to make it to group classes at a studio.
You’re not comfortable taking a class with a larger group of students.
You are new to yoga and want to feel confident and comfortable in poses before starting group classes.
You want to deepen or refine your practice.
You need to modify postures to make poses accessible your individual needs.
You have a current injury or issue that needs extra care.
You need outside motivation and accountability to get you on the mat.
Private Sessions: 1-on-1 and 2-4 students
Group Sessions: 5+ students
Group Events: Bachelorette parties, reunions, beach yoga, corporate yoga, and more.
Private Session starting at $120/hr 1-1; an additional $20/pp up to 4
Private sessions packaged rates:
5 class package: $550
10 class package: $1050
Group Sessions: 5+ students starting at $200/hr

The private yoga classes can take place at your house, outdoors or in a private yoga studio. I am looking forward to support you to deepen your practice. *Rates may vary depending on travel time, location, and special accommodations. Cancellation policy: At least 48 hours for group, 24 hours for private session.
