I’m Sara, a Virgo, recovering perfectionist, and high achiever who spent the last decade trying to do it all, hustling in the insurance industry, and always striving for more.
I finally hit a breaking point when my body broke full out in hives and my period went missing. I felt anxious, moody, and bloated despite working out and eating ‘clean.’
I realized that although I had everything I thought I wanted, the life I was living was no longer in alignment with my values. So I took my power back by listening to my heart and left my job.
I said yes to opportunities that served me like partnering with a naturopath to heal my hormones, finishing my MBA, and becoming a certified health and life coach.
