2018 New Balance Falmouth Road Race

This past Sunday I ran my fourth New Balance Falmouth Road Race. What I love most about this race is how amazing the energy is from the spectators, volunteers and overall community. Falmouth Road Race provides a 7 mile scenic course along the water where you can expect stunning ocean views, thousands of spectators offering waters, hoses, oranges, as well as friendly volunteers helping along the race.

This years race was by far one to remember because the temps weren't scorching here on Cape Cod, thereby making running conditions pretty favorable weather-wise. Needless to say I went into the race with two goals. First, to listen to my body. Second, to beat last year's race time which was my second to slowest Falmouth! Needless to say I made the 2018 Falmouth Road Race my fastest Falmouth to date finishing at 1:01:08. One day, I'm hoping to get under that hour mark!
