This spring cleaning bundle contains exercises and tools that will help you gain clarity on your spring intention — how you want to show up in your life, feel in your body, and what it is you deeply desire for the spring season ahead.

In includes 1) a spring cleaning intention setting meditation 2) a spring cleaning guide with simple and practical ways to clear out the clutter to make space for the new and 3) a detox smoothie recipe to support your overall health and wellbeing.

1) spring intention setting meditation (7 minutes)

This meditation practice will guide you into gaining clarity on how it is you desire to feel and what it is you desire to invite more of into your life in the spring season ahead.

Post-meditation action steps:

  1. What is the intention that you chose for the spring season? Write it down in your journal, put it in your phone screensaver, or write it on a sticky note and place it on your bathroom mirror or fridge — somewhere visible that you can see it every day to anchor you back into it.

  2. What makes this intention important for your best future self to be experiencing and embodying?

  3. Set an alarm on your phone with this mantra that goes off every day, reminding you of your intention. While it may seem simple, reminding yourself of your intention allows you to be more intentional about how you show up in your life and every interaction you have.

2) Spring Cleaning guide: SimplE Ways to clear the clutter (5 minutes+)

Your external world is a reflection of your internal world. When you give yourself permission to let go of the things you cannot control and focus on what you can control — like clearing out your external world, it makes room for internal shifts. This internal shift is extremely important because you want to start creating the space for health in your life NOW.

This spring cleaning guide will help you clear the clutter in your physical environment and schedule so that you are in energetic alignment with taking action to move forward with your spring intention.

3) Detox Smoothie recipe (5 minutes to prep)

Start spring cleaning with a delicious & healthy detox green smoothie made with just 6 simple ingredients!

This smoothie will help flood your body with nutrients to aid your body’s digestion, natural detox organs, and support your immune system. While I don’t believe in ‘detox diets’ or ‘liquid cleanses,’ I do believe in finding ways to ADD more whole foods into your diet. I also love resetting my body with healthy foods after traveling, during flu season, or after the holiday season.

This smoothie contains nutrient dense ingredients including:

  • ginger which aids digestion, supports your immune system, and has anti-inflammatory effects on the body.

  • avocado which is loaded with antioxidants that help your body expel harmful toxins. A nutrient-dense food, avocados contain around 20 different vitamins and minerals that help decrease the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.

  • spinach contains vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as thiamin, folate, calcium, iron, and magnesium and more. Flavonoids in spinach help keep cholesterol from oxidizing in your body by acting as antioxidants.

  • frozen mango OR frozen pineapple, rich in antioxidants, pineapple contains bromelaine, a protein digesting enzyme. It helps break protein down into amino acids, and as a result may boost digestion. This digestive enzyme may also help to boost immunity and lower inflammation in the body.

I enjoy making this smoothie with coconut water since it provides a little extra potassium to support hydration and prevent muscle cramps, but regular water will also do.

You can also enjoy this smoothie simply as is or add a neutral flavored protein powder of choice to make this a well balanced meal — bovine or marine collagen peptides are my favorite as they are flavorless.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8-10oz coconut water or regular water

  • 1 tsp flax oil or 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 inch slice fresh peeled ginger

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1-2 heaping handfuls spinach (about 1 cup)

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple

  • OPTIONAL 2 scoops collagen peptides or protein powder of choice (to make it a well balanced meal)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
