Golden Milk Latte Recipe

This herbal golden milk latte is packed with anti-inflammatory properties and has been a go-to a a pick-me up and immune booster. Golden milk gets its anti-inflammatory properties from its star ingredient, turmeric. Other health benefits include improved immunity, detoxified liver, prevents chronic disease, indigestion, soothes cough or sore through and contains potent antioxidants.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup homemade organic coconut milk

  • 1 tsp of organic cinnamon

  • 1 inch piece of fresh organic numeric or 1 tbs of numeric powder

  • 1 inch piece of fresh organic ginger or 1 tbs of ginger powder

  • 1 tbs of organic coconut oil

  • Dash of ground pepper

  • Splash of maple syrup

  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional)


    Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or high speed blender. Strain any pulp if you used fresh ingredients. Serve hot or iced.
