The 90 day program was an eye opener as you don’t really look at the whole picture when you are trying to get healthy alone. The 90 day program helped me to realize that it’s not just about eating healthy and exercising, it’s about the whole self and being happy with yourself. If you don’t have that mindset going into it, all that exercising and eating healthy matter and that is what you learn during the 90 day program. To be happy with oneself as a whole and that will give you the motivation to keep going.
I also completed the 14 day cleanse. It was hard to apply the first couple of days, then it got easier as I got into a routine. After the 14 days, I felt better, had more energy and lost 5 pounds. It’s great to start fresh and I plan on doing it again soon!
