YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

Yoga is a practice that can transform all facets of your life. It is a practice of compassion, kindness, self-reflection, and continued awareness and growth. As a certified yoga teacher, I help individuals show up exactly as they are, get out of their heads and into their bodies, and connect with community and self. I am a certified yoga teacher with over 1000 teaching hours, leading beginners, vinyasa, power and yin style classes.

6pm-7:15pm Heated Power Level 2-3 at Open Doors Studio, Duxbury

9:15am-10:30am Heated Vinyasa at The Yoga Collaborative
4pm-5pm Core Power at Just Be: Pernille Yoga

Sunday
9:30am-10:15am Heated Vinyasa at The Yoga Collaborative
