The best gift you can give to both others + yourself is the gift of your PRESENCE & the JOY of just being.

It’s a busy week and maybe one that consists of some last minute shopping and wrapping, myself included. It’s also easy to get caught up in the holiday frenzy and forget what this time of year is really about - being present and spending time with your loved ones. The gift of your presence and the joy of just being - especially these days when we feel the need to be constantly connected to our devices. But remember your presence is one of the best gifts you can give to both yourself and others.

Share a smile with a stranger, lend an ear to a friend who needs listening, visit a family member, and take a moment to pause and soak in the moment - these are all simple ways to share and experience the love and joy of just being during the holiday season.
