Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

This frothy pumpkin spice latte has been a go-to to stay warm and cozy as the temperatures begin to drop. It’s simple to make, plant-based, gluten-free, caffeine-free (optional) and dairy free.

Recipe:

  • 8oz homemade organic cashew milk or nut milk of choice

  • 1-2 organic medjool dates

  • 1tbs organic pumpkin puree

  • 1tbs dandy blend (or espresso)

  • 1/2tsp organic pumpkin spice

  • 1/2 tsp organic reishi powder

  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract (optional)

Put all ingredients in a Vitamix or high speed blender. Serve hot or iced :)
