Pumpkin pie smoothie bowl to ground your energy, support hormone health, and thrive this fall 🎃

Did you know that according to Ayurveda, root veggies including pumpkin + sweet potatoes may help us more connected to ourselves and Mother Nature? Root veggies are strongly rooted in the soil, therefore may provide grounding elements when eaten.

Root veggies can also support your health and well-being as they are also:

  • packed with vitamin C to support your immune system.

  • rich in potassium which can reduce high blood pressure from stress > and reducing panic and anxiety in the body to support hormones.

  • source of complex carbs which can help produce serotonin, that feel good hormone.

Directions

Combine ingredients and blend in a high speed blender or vitamix until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings like help seeds, cacao nibs, banana, etc.

P.S. this is the first time I’ve used sweet potato in a smoothie and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out for this long ;)
