Paleo Everything Bagels

Toasting to the last day of WINTER and these fresh from the oven homemade paleo bagels that are gluten free, paleo, and dairy free, recipe by kalejunkie. These bagels are super quick and easy to make, and taste so delicious. I love them as toast with ghee or smashed avocado, or for mini breakfast sandwiches!

Recipe:

  • 1 cup almond flour*

  • 1 tb coconut flour*

  • 1 tb ground flax*

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tb @feelgoodbyfood arrowroot flour*

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 local eggs*

  • 1 tbs raw honey*

  • 2 tbs @bragglivefoodproducts raw apple cider vinegar ACV*

  • Topping either Trader Joes ‘everything but the bagel’ seasoning or DIY*. I buy small bags of seasonings at an organic market and combine: sea salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes and onion flakes.

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir together. Scoop mixture in greased donut pan (makes 4). Sprinkle topping/seasoning of choice and bake for 18 minutes.
