5 Tips for Bride-To-Be's
- Try not to stress over the small details (easier said than done), because in the end all that really matters is that you and your future husband are there to bind your love with one another as husband and wife.
- Do what is most important to you and your future husband and prioritize accordingly (for us it was destination, food and drinks) – after all it is YOUR day. Many people will try to advise you of their two cents, but remember you have a choice of how you react and respond do this politely :)
- Take care of yourself through proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep during your engagement, and even more so during the days leading up to and after your big day to support a strong immune system - that fight or flight mode is a big stressor on your body!
- Enjoy the little moments leading up do your big day and during your engagement because it will truly fly by faster than you know it.
- Soak in and truly be present during your wedding day – savor that all of your planning was worth it to be surrounded by love and support - this especially coming from a bride who dreamed of eloping :)
